Role: Territory Business Leader
Key Responsibilities (Functional) :
- Manage a profit center, optimize revenues, asset utilization, operations and people resources
- Ensure that the revenue and enrollments goals are met
- Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting Enrollments & Revenue targets for Partner Centers, in the assigned Territory
- Create and Implement a strong Sales Funnel/ Enquiry/Walk-in Management system/ application across all locations.
- Development and Implement Sales and field marketing strategies to establish deeper connect with Target customers/ employers/society
- Maintain college connects with all colleges in the territory
- Analyze market trends, tracking competition activities
- Ensure student customer satisfaction - place all eligible students with support of placement team
- Motivate and manage - sales and delivery teams
- Ensure cash compliance and infrastructure compliance of allotted center
- Adhere and comply to the QMS process in all centre
- Manage and optimize batch health of all ongoing batches in the centre
- Control and minimize attrition of centre staff
- To Lead & Drive Channel Business Operations, in a cost efficient manner, to over Achieve Business Targets and Centers' Profitability.
- Collaborate and strengthen Business partners' Profitability & Satisfaction thru effective & efficient channel management practices.
- Regular field visit/ prospect, employer & Customer Interactions and incorporating valuable inputs for student Mobilization/ Product / Placement strategies.
- Responsible to Drive Team's Motivation, Recruitment, development & performance management on regular (daily/wkly/mnthly) basis & achieve sales/conversion/Revenue targets.
- Build powerful Low cost Brand Visibility and field marketing plans to create consumer pull, leading to rapid Business growth
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Min. 7 Yrs of experience with at least 3 Yrs of experience in handling center independently.
- Must have experience in handling channel sales Franchisee expansion.
-Must have experience in handling small to medium team size of min. 5-10
- Understanding of Education Industry and its trends
