Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Business Planning & Execution : Formulate & execute the business plan effectively to be able to Nos and Collection targets. Ensure alignment of the business plan with the overall organizational strategy.
2. Sales performance at Centre : Ensuring each sales person to perform passionately and plan and execute activities to deliver targets
3.Business Development : Should be able to develop the given territory and create presence in the academic institutions
4. Sales Productivity : Should be able to lead the sales team and create energy and drive nos with aggression and passion
Education Qualifications :
Any Graduate with PG Diploma in management /MBA
Behavioral/Soft Skills
Excellent Communication, Presentation and Team Management Skills
