Job Description :
- Creating a comprehensive Sales Plan for the region and executing this with precision.
- Plan and execute lead generation and sales activity plan, front office and back office both(BTL Activities)
- Responsible for Revenue and enrollment numbers of the regions
- Ensuring Product Mix
- Ensure sales process compliance
- Interfacing with Channel Partner Centres for sales
- Sales enablement of the sales team, will drive sales conversion efficiencies on leads
- Sales team productivity at the region
- Responsible for Sales team hiring, to work with RH, TBLs and CHs/BDMs
- Generate bulk sales orders
- Competition mapping and analysis
- Lost customer survey
