Overall Objective :
He will be driving Enrolments, Revenue & Collections, Sign-up of new partners (Retail & NIC), Partner Management etc
Role & Responsibility :
- Drive Overall Revenue & Collections from B2C & Institutional Business in the territory
- Responsible for Sign-up of Retail Centres, Colleges & Universities
- Manage a portfolio of Retail Partners & University/Colleges accounts
- Governance and stakeholder management (monthly and quarterly business reviews)
- Metrics management (reports, analysis, etc.)
Billing activities - training/program sign-off from customers, timely billing
- Excellent people management and communication skills, well rounded, well versed with global business practices.
Key deliverable :
Financial - Experience in working with financial targets (revenue, gross margin, costs, etc.)
Customer - Able to deliver results as per customer requirements
- Excellent people management, client management and team management skills"
High customer satisfaction rating (CSS)
Education Qualification (Mandatory) - BE/Btech/ MBA
Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory) - 10+ Relevant Experience in B2C Business from Education & Training Organization ( Ex NIITian with excellent sales & partner management track record) experience in international markets will be preferred
