Job Overview :
Overall KPI: Calling, Counselling, Conversion, team handling
1. Meet Enrolment /Order Intake Goal - Managing a team of PAs & TLs - planning and executing actions
2. Conduct events and seminars in college and unversitied with the team
3. converting potential lead into registration
4. Responsible for Channel Development for Sourcing of Candidates
5. Ensure System updation and daily reporting
Responsibilities and Duties:
1) Market understanding;
In-depth knowledge of market & expertise in Lead Generation
2) Lead conversion for each team member
a. Conducting Seminars in colleges and universities
b. Establishing good relationship with College / Universities. Tie-ups / Signing up of MoUs with College / Universities for regular Campus Drives
c. Ensuring high conversion ratio from Lead to Registration for each Team Member
d. Monitoring, driving & enhancing productivity of the Team
e. Periodic Reviews & Corrective action Planning if required
3) Channel Development:
a. Identifying and shortlisting of Potential Sourcing Partners
b. Developing a Network of Sourcing Partners across Country especially in high demand Territories
c. Monitoring, Reviewing & Supporting the Sourcing Partners to enhance their contribution
4) Planning & Forecasting:
a. Business Planning & Performance Monitoring (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
b. Activity Planning & Forecasting as per Client Demand
c. Active Participation in Batch Planning & facilitating On-time launch of batches by way of ensuring the Batch Inputs.
