Job Overview :

- Able to the drive Revenue, Collection & Enrolments.


- Ensure to adhere the Compliance and Seat Capacity Utilisation.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Business Planning & Execution : Formulate & execute the business plan effectively to be able to Nos and Collection targets. Ensure alignment of the business plan with the overall organizational strategy.

2. Sales performance at Centre. Ensuring each sales person to perform passionately and plan and execute activities to deliver targets

3. Business Development : Should be able to develop the given territory and create presence in the academic institutions

4. Sales Productivity : Should be able to lead the sales team and create energy and drive nos with aggression and passion

Education Qualifications :

Any Graduate with PG Diploma in management/MBA

Behavioral/Soft Skills :

Excellent Communication, Presentation and Team Management Skills
