Business Development Manager - Training Industry (10-15 Years' Experience)

1. Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and drive significant growth. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and exceeding revenue targets. This is an opportunity for a self-starter with a proven track record of success in the training industry to make a real impact.

2. Responsibilities :

- Achieve Order book targets and revenue targets as per annual budgets

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

- Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to reach new customer segments.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client organizations.

- Create and design learning solutions/ framework as per the client needs.

- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our training solutions.

- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability.

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

- Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

3. Qualifications :

- 10-15 years of experience in business development, mandatory 5-6 years of business development experience within the training industry.

- Having a strong network with clients/decision makers in the industry

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.

- Strong understanding of the training industry landscape and its key players.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Travel flexibility is a must.
