Job Description for the Vodafone Idea ELearning Content Writer - Mumbai
- Responsible for update/Edit and refine the content for Telecom Products on the Knowledge Management portal for our Client.
- Person will work on adding content on relevant sections of the Knowledge Portal.
- Peron should have excellent English communication silks (Oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Person should have skills for E Learning content writing.
- Team player and quick leaner.
- 6 day working (Monday to Saturday)
- Should work under pressure and would need to stretch the shift timing on demand.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite especially PowerPoint
The following would be an added advantage :
- Experience with tools such as Captivate / Articulate etc
- Experience of working on LMS platforms
