Job Title - Assistant Manager
Function - Sales
Reporting to - Regional Sales Head/Territory Head
Role & Key Responsibilities :
- To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales, Revenue and collection targets for "School Products " in allocated Territory
- Focus on Collection - new as well existing customers in the identified territory
- Understand customer requirement and position the right products as per the sales process (Product Mix)
- To acquire new customer and upsell/cross sell to existing customers to achieve revenue and order intake targets
- Analyse market trends, tracking competition activities, Customer Interactions & feedback on Product
- Build relations / rapport with the existing customers in the territory
- Account Management for Large and Premium accounts
- Organizing effective BTLs activities create funnel and provide product demos
- To appoint, manage & drive /motivate and generate biz thru channel partners
- Reporting and MIS for Funnel management through automated system

- Exposure to local territory is a must
- Ready to travel in the territory market 15-20 Days/ month

- Well versed with Technology/ IT Apps- .."Hands-on" in Microsoft applications, PowerPoint usage etc..
Other Specifications :
Education Qualification MBA with Specialization in Sales & Marketing
Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory) :
- 4 Years of experience in B2B Sales
- Hard Core Sales, and good field marketing experience in Education/BFSI/ Telecom/ or any other Direct selling Product & services to office automation/technology/telecom/education for B2B Business.
- Must be Sales Oriented & Flair for Selling
- Good Interpersonal Skills, an extrovert by Nature, Collaborative approach with Industry, external Partners and key internal functions
- Good Communication skills; Aggressive & Self motivate and drive
Preferable Experience : Channel Management experience
