Job Role : Seller Onboarding Specialist

Job Description :

- We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Seller Onboarding Specialist for our company. This person will help Sellers/Artists to transform their offline catalogue into online listings on the Artoreal.com platform and set them for success.

- In this role, the Seller Onboarding Specialist will guide Merchants/Artists through the full setup process on Artoreal's Seller platform.

- This person will be responsible to analyze Seller's catalog and prioritize products that will be listed on artoreal.com and complete the full process of creating new listings or matching to existing products on Artoreal's catalogue.

- This individual will also partner with internal teams to improve product listings by adding quality images, accurate product descriptions and optimized bullet points in order to create best in class detail pages for our Customers.

- The Seller Onboarding Specialist will train Merchants/Artists on Seller Central use and management through quick onsite visits at Seller's location and reduce the time in which a Seller is ready to begin selling on Artoreal.

- This person will be responsible for all the listings/Content.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Analyze consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends

- Responsible for managing newly registered Seller Accounts

- Create seller on-boarding process

- Coordinate with Seller for additional Styles to be uploaded with Highest Availability

- Ensure Healthy availability is maintained across all categories

- Invite/schedule sellers for training post registration

- Understand Seller needs, defining clear project plans and executing to high expectations in a rapidly changing environment

- Train different sellers across different category on cataloguing

- Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have the Seller success firmly as the focus

- Analyze customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of assigned sellers

- Execute successfully on the plan recommended

- Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity

- Engage with merchants to understand their needs

- Manage the overall operations i.e. from seller Registration to go live

Experience Required :

- 4-6 Years of experience in Seller onboarding, business development.

- Prior e-commerce/media/talent portal job experience is must.
