Nightingales Home Health Services - Manager - Sales - KOL Management - Neuro/General Surgeon/Ortho Vertical (7-16 yrs)

Should have worked with top notch Doctor and General Surgeons in Neuro, Ortho and Pulmo segments.
IDENTIFICATION / PRESENTATIONS TO HOSPITAL AUTHORITIES
Identifying potential hospitals to partner with for our services, signing MOU with them and driving revenue through them and achieve set monthly / Quarterly / Yearly targets.
BUSINESS ASSOCIATION WITH DOCTORS.
- Managing a portfolio of minimum 50 doctors (Super Specialties like Pulmonologists / Neurologists / Orthopedic / Intensivists / Cardiologist / Pediatrician)
- Meeting doctors on a regular basis and generating leads through them for Nursing / BCG / Rehabilitation / Physiotherapy / Lab / Medical Equipment / Doctor Home Visits
- Sales Manager is responsible to activate all the doctors from the assigned portfolio and ensure business contribution from them and achieve monthly / Quarterly and yearly targets
- Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring our marketing collaterals (Brochures / Posters / Standees) are available and displayed at all assigned clinics and hospitals
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Leading a team of sales executives, goal setting, planning, executing, controlling their activities and outcomes
- Managing the sales funnel, tie-ups, agreements for all the team members reporting into the sales manager and supporting them in the sales calls
- Tracking daily sales effort, conducting weekly & monthly sales reviews
- Tracking performance and incentives management
LEAD GENERATION / PROSPECTING & CLOSURE :
- Sales Manager is responsible for generating leads from the assigned doctors / Hospital's portfolio by maintaining good rapport with support staff, doctors, hospital authorities.
- Sales Manager is responsible for qualifying the lead and close the sale through interaction and follow up with patient / customer.
- Sales Manager is responsible for seeking permission from the hospitals / doctors for conducting BTL activities at respective clinic / Hospitals with help of Marketing team.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring good customer service to his / her hospitals / doctors / Customers and ensure minimum escalations.
- Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth co-ordination between the allocation team / clinical team, hospital, doctor and clients.
MARKET SURVEY AND FEEDBACKS
Sales Manager is responsible for giving market feedbacks pro-actively on challenges, competition, innovation etc.
