Experience - Only Pharma Sales Or Healthcare Sales Required
Mandatory Skills : Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, Acquisition, HNI & Community Acquisition & Retention.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Possess strong & excellent selling, relationship, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to add contacts in the corporate Relationship/Account Management (Handling HNI Clients)
- Responsible for retention and revenue management for assigned set of clients and groups
- Comprehensive knowledge of the economic trends, events and their potential effect on customers. Able to create sales & marketing plans for various programs & promotions.
- Assess customer needs and make appropriate relationship enhancement recommendations through need analysis
- Ensure current and prospective customers have a consistent and superior experience.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an on-going basis.
- Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Identification, acquisition, engagement & sustainable business of various high profile communities, associations and societies.
- Understand patient confidentiality and follow privacy act.
- Presentation incorporates / seminar / exhibition etc.
Skills Required
- Should Posses excellent communication, analytical & presentation skills. Should have a presentable and pleasing personality.
- High energy level, aggressive, can do attitude and capability of performing independently under pressure with high efficiency.
- Requires extensive travel
- Outgoing, friendly, natural networker, empathy, dedicated, adaptable and ability to enable the community.
- Willing to travel.
