Nicobar - Lead - Customer Care (2-6 yrs)
1. Managing Inbound, Outbound calls and Chat.
2. Drafting and reviewing emails to be shared /send to the customers.

7. Follow-ups on order dispatch and delivery on daily basis and maintaining a track of it.
8. Follow up on RTO/ cancellation over the call with the guest as well as the warehouse.
9. Follow-ups with HR on the hiring process.
10. Maintaining guest database trackers and sharing with relevant teams.
