Nicobar - Executive - Customer Care (1-4 yrs)
Customer Care Executive
Increasing the customer delight factor at Nicobar by engaging during pre-purchase experience, including :
- Become the brand ambassador for online retail: Interact with customers for size and style recommendations or any product related inbound concerns/enquiries
- Managing social media DM, comments, google and FB reviews within a TAT of 2 days.
- Reach out to loyal/repeat customers on exclusive promotions, exclusive collection drops, discounts (gamification) etc.
- POC who is known by our loyals/repeats with a different number so they have first hand access and can skip the queue.
Post purchase experience :
- Work on feedback mechanism and play a key role in having it implemented (can be NPS)
- Share quick insights on a weekly basis and on a monthly basis, learnings for a month with both actions already taken and suggested actions
Other :
- Point person for any new product features launched by the Digital team (e.g. size guide)
- Payment reconciliation
- Organize and take part in collection training sessions +design walkthroughs + store training for the Care team (link between Garima and Care)
