Nicholas - Area Sales Manager (5-10 yrs)
- Develop and implement the Sales strategy for a given region through a team of Sales officers.
- Developing a strong and trusting relationship between major customers and company.
- Meet key influencers and decision makers and establishing a trusted relationship.
- Achieving area financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual operational plan.
- Achieving regional financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual Operational Plan; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Achieve assigned sales goals, with a focus on continuous improvement by upselling and developing new clients in the region
- Focus on new Business Development by establishing connect with new customers in the assigned territory.
- Liasoning with multiple stake holders, both internal & external to ensure timely execution of order delivery.
- Drive Market Research, Competitive Analysis and Marketing in the region.
- Guide and motivate the team to rise above the market challenges to achieve their sales targets.
- Monitor team progress with regular reviews and feedback.
- Mentor and groom Sales officers for future growth.
