Nibav Lifts - Manager - Customer Relationship (0-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Building and maintaining relationships with the customer.
- Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services
- Escalating handling.
- Data Management.
- Regular Follow up with customers.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Follow-up with clients for annual maintenance contract & Upselling of AMCs
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on the KPI's
- Keeping customers updated on the latest stage of progress of their order
- Getting Referrals, Reviews, Video/Audio testimonials
Key Skills :
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good relationship management and networking skills.
- Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs also execute the same.
- Who enjoys working in a highly charged environment.
- Well versed in MS Office- Excel/Word/PowerPoint
