- Quickly establish rapport with customers, up-sell products and build a loyal clientele.
- Willing to undertake outbound activities, if required
- Provide an ability to multitask, handle crowds, resolve customer issues and excel with a demanding, high-volume setting.
- Ensure effective process to improve appropriateness of merchandise
- Responsible for end-to-end sales & business development at the store level
