NGRT Systems - Associate - Sales Support (2-7 yrs)
-Communicating with the customers for sales and pre sales queries on all platforms like emails, website and social media networks.
-Website leads : Sharing with SMs and Service Centres and follow-up on the same.
-Sharing potential sales leads with SMs. Keeping records of all shared leads and follow-up on the same.
- Handling WCL customers enquiries.
- Daily reminders to SMs and team about the ageing stocks
- Updating team with their monthly sales targets, attach targets etc. and follow-up on the same.
- Collect, verify, collate and follow up on the documents required for CRT claims.
- Sharing with team daily attach status (like Insurance Attach, AirPods Attach, Insurance Attach, Accessories attach etc.)
- Sharing daily business closing statement with your reporting manager (Ravi Sir).
- Preparing sales report as per your manager's instructions.
- Updating your reporting manager for any outlier data.
- Coordinating with store team for any assistance.
