Nexval - Marketing Coordinator (1-2 yrs)
Job Overview :
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role on the corporate marketing team by driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through effective content creation and marketing strategies. They will be responsible for assisting in crafting compelling content for various channels, including social media, emails, flyers, and other marketing collateral, while also assisting in other marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Director of Marketing in the following areas :
Content Creation :
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
- Craft persuasive email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and facilitate customer retention.
- Design captivating flyers and promotional materials for events, product launches, and other advertising campaigns.
Marketing Campaigns :
- Plan and create content for marketing campaigns that align with the industry's regulatory requirements and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to enhance future marketing initiatives.
Market Research :
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Utilize market research insights to develop effective marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
Brand Management :
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and ensure adherence to the brand guidelines in all communication materials.
Collaborative Projects :
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and improve customer engagement.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Marketing Associate or similar role within the mortgage industry.
- They will have demonstrated success in content creation, social media marketing, and email campaigns, with knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and CRMs is a plus. Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task, as well as hold excellent communication skills, and creative problem-solving skills.
