Job Description :
Position : Social Media Specialist
- We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with a strong background in Meta advertising to manage and implement our social media strategy across various platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content that drives results.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
- Create and curate high-quality content including text, images, and videos for social media posts and advertisements.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, using insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our social media efforts remain innovative and effective.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any other field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management with a focus on Meta advertising.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools, particularly Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
