NextRow - Email Marketing Specialist (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Create email templates and landing page templates in HubSpot.
- Design and build nurture campaigns.
- Manage the HubSpot platform, including creating and maintaining email templates, contact lists, workflows and reports.
- Monitor and maintain the health of the email database, including list hygiene, segmentation, and data quality.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on email marketing performance
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, with expertise in HubSpot or other platforms.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and deliverability.
- Proficiency in using the HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms, including creating and managing email campaigns, workflows, and contact lists.
Will Be a Great Plus If You Have:
- HubSpot Certification in Email Marketing or Marketing Automation.
- Experience with other email marketing platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar platform.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integrating email campaigns with customer data
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies and customer lifecycle marketing.
