NextRow Digital - Inside Sales Role (0-3 yrs)
Role: As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing accounts.
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Work Timings: Ready to work in the US time zone.
As An Inside Sales Executive You Will Be Responsible For:
- Manage inside sales activities on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Cold calls, Execution email campaigns, outreach, and communication on the Sales Navigator platform.
- Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective clients.
- Effectively and efficiently drive demand generation (prospecting, qualifying, nurturing).
- Assist in capturing, managing, engaging and nurturing leads into prospects.
- Self-prospect and research lead personas through multiple channels.
- Experience with IT consulting companies is required.
- Formulate your plan of attack via emails, calls and LinkedIn.
- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reviews to ensure achievement of sales goals.
- Responsible for actively building relationships with other departments and field sales organization.
- Meet or exceed lead opportunity quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
Job Qualifications:
- 3 - 6 years of lead gen experience, US Market, prospecting, cold calling, B2B sales experience.
- Excellent content writing skills, excellent email communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of the sales process and lead nurturing
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team weekly, monthly, and annual targets
- Experience in Business Consulting and IT Services company will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Education - BE/BTech or equivalent.
