Job Description :
- In-depth knowledge about the real estate environment.
- Responsible for discovering and pursuing existing and new sales.
- Ability to explain about our Website/software to the builder/advertisers.
- Responsible for selling online & offline Packages.
- Plan & Conduct sales promotional activities for generation of leads.
- Identifying new sales leads through extensive research with in-house data.
- Reaching out to potential clients and forming a working relationship.
- Formulating proposals and carrying out negotiations.
- Projecting sales strategies to keep our company competitive and innovative.
- Analytics-driven skills, ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
- Comply with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Integrity.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Main Motive to achieve the sales target of the Packages from Builders/Sellers/Suppliers/Advertisers.
- Ensure timely collection of all revenue from Builders/Sellers.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
