NextGen Invent Corporation - Manager - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Designation : Business Development Manager
Timings : 01:30 pm to 10:30 pm
We are looking for a dynamic business development professional who has the passion for sales, hunger to achieve targets with exceptional relationship building quality. This position will report to the VP Business Development and focus on achieving new business success across various sectors. The role will include working on the existing & new business pipeline. Handling US & Europe Markets to create a strong presence of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 License & Implementation Services.
Your main objectives are to prospect for new leads, pre-qualify those leads on the set criteria and build out as well as maintain a pipeline within your assigned territories and closure.
- Conceptualizing MS Dynamics 365 strategies, sales initiatives such as campaigns, webinars & analyzing the market for verticals like BFSI, Real Estate, Telecom Services, Hospitality, Media and Manufacturing to increase client acquisition.
- Demographic Research, Generating Suspect Database and Prospecting based on set criteria.
- Connect with outbound prospects using the phone and email & respond to all inbound leads
- Smile and dial to prospective customers approx. 50 calls and emails per day introducing NGI's product & services to the target audience and arranging first level meetings.
- Understanding the client's existing technology usage, business model, current practices and mapping of key pain areas.
- Document all activities in the CRM and manage the information in the database on all lead prospects and opportunities
- Accurately forecasting prospective business by means of the company's CRM system and during prospect review meetings with sales management
- Work closely with the sales team and partners to accelerate sales cycle, assisting them in sales closures
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritize large lists of leads
- Help in market research activities for industry analysis.
- Ad hoc reporting on pipeline opportunities.
Functional Competencies:
- Must have at least 1 - 3 years of prior experience in lead generation & business development.
- Proven experience of CxO level engagement for selling IT Services & Solutions
- Comfortable to work in US & Europe time zone
- Demonstrates excellent written communication skills, including documentation and correspondence
- Team player & problem solver
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates good analytical and technical skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
