Job Description :
1) Proactively seek out potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts.
2) Utilize market analysis tools and local market expertise to determine accurate property valuations. Advise clients on pricing strategies to optimize their property listings for sale or rent.
3) Schedule and conduct property viewings for interested parties. Showcase property features, address inquiries, and provide valuable insights to help clients make informed decisions.
4) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support throughout the transaction process.
Requirements :
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and neighbourhood characteristics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and attend networking events.
