Nextbee - Manager - Digital Marketing/Google Adwords (2-10 yrs)
Job Descriptions :
1) Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook ads and other search platforms for a variety of projects for campaign management and Lead generation.
2) Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
3) Manage the creation of large keyword lists.
4) Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
5) Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
6) Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
7) Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.
8) Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
9) Keep pace with search engine and PPC( pay per click) industry trends and developments.
10) Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to the goals.
11) Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
12) Passion for Search and internet marketing for Social Medial marketing concepts and strategies for max. cost optimization and ROI
13) Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
14) Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
15) Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
16) Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving the goals.
17) High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
18) Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
19) Minimum of 2 years- experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC) strategy with other activities like campaign Management, lead Generation etc.
20) Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
21) Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook ads, Bing AdCenter, etc.).
22) Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
23) Certification in AdWords a plus.
