About the Position
We- re looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with great team management and social skills to join our co-working centers.
The Community Manager will directly report to the Central Manager and will be responsible for community development and engagement at Next57. This is a high-engagement role and thus requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about their responsibilities. We are committed to empowering each of our members in the hub, are you ready to help us achieve that?
Overall Responsibilities:
- Interacting with the coworkers and being their go to person in the hub. You will be responsible for handling their queries and solving any issues that they may face.
- Handling smooth operations and managing facilities of the hub to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- Managing basic administration (right from anything like handling internet issues to invoicing, billing, accounting, etc.)
- Introduce co-working and other Next57 services to leads who visit the hub, and periodically tracking and maintaining this data to contribute towards business development.
- Strengthening the community through networking and making active connections.
- Managing the events calendar to ensure a constant flow of the same and leading them to execution.
- Manage outreach channels (social media, mailing list, etc.) to spread the word about all Next57 initiatives especially events.
