Key Responsibilities :
- Email Campaign Management : Design, implement, and monitor email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Lead Generation : Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and online platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and content teams to create compelling messages that resonate with our target audience.
- Target Audience Segmentation : Identify and segment target audiences to ensure personalized and relevant communication.
- CRM Management : Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate lead data and smooth workflow processes.
- A/B Testing : Conduct A/B tests to refine and improve email content and design for better engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience : 2+ years of experience in email marketing and lead generation, preferably within the IT industry.
- Skills : Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge : Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Time Management : Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
