Next Education - Social Media & Brand Manager (6-20 yrs)
The Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's presence across social media platforms. This position involves working within the marketing department, closely collaborating with the creative/design and content teams to innovate and execute impactful social media campaigns that bolster the company brand image and public relations. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, a strategic approach to social media management, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to life, driving engagement and fostering a positive community around our brand.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's brand identity, goals, and overall marketing strategy.
Content Collaboration : Work closely with the content and creative/design teams to develop engaging, innovative content tailored for each social media platform, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
Brand Image and PR : Enhance the company's brand image and public relations through proactive social media management, including crisis management and reputation monitoring.
Community Engagement : Actively engage with our community on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages in a manner that builds brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Analytics and Reporting : Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns and content, providing reports on metrics such as engagement rates, growth, and ROI, and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
Trend Monitoring : Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our social media presence and content strategies.
Influencer Partnerships : Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend our reach and credibility on social media platforms.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience : At least 3 years of experience in social media management, including experience with brand building and public relations.
Skills :
- Exceptional creativity and innovation in social media content creation and campaign management.
- Proficient in social media platforms (such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok) and management tools.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with the online community and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Personal Attributes: Adaptable, proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for engaging storytelling and brand building.
