Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying and converting leads, building relationships with educational institutions, and driving sales of NextOS and other Next Education products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients (schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions) via phone, email, and online meetings.

- Identify customer needs and present suitable Next Education products, especially NextOS.

- Generate and qualify leads from various sources, including inbound inquiries and outbound outreach.

- Conduct product demos and explain the features and benefits of NextOS and other offerings.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (principals, school administrators, and coaching center owners).

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead conversion.

- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular reports on sales activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3-10 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development (EdTech experience preferred).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to persuade and handle objections effectively.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
