Job Description : Customer Success Executive.
In its integrated form, the NextLearningPlatform is unparalleled. On the academic side, from creating lesson plans, publishing assessments, setting the examination structure and monitoring performance, the NextLearningPlatform enables teachers to perform all tasks on one platform. Students, on the other hand, can complete the tasks assigned to them and share it with teachers on the same platform. On the administrative side, it supports A-Z of school operations - eg: fee payments, biometric, attendance, report cards, transport vehicle tracking..etc
Here's what we do :
1. School ERP Implementation :
- Assist in the end-to-end implementation of the School ERP system for clients.
- Ensure timely completion of implementation projects with guidance from senior team members.
2. Training and Demonstrations :
- Conduct training sessions for teachers, administrative staff, and management to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
- Deliver engaging and informative ERP demos to new management teams under supervision.
3. Client Relationship Management :
- Assess usage, gather feedback, and provide ongoing support to the school via online interactions (web and telephonic support)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4. Client Feedback and Improvement :
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with the product development team to implement changes based on client feedback.
5. Customer Retention :
- Manage client accounts to ensure timely collections and address any billing issues.
- Develop strategies to retain clients and minimize churn.
6. CRM Management :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Document implementation processes, training sessions, and client feedback.
7. Project Management :
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient implementation processes.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met.
Here's how we do :
- As a Customer Success Executive, we play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation, support, and training of our School ERP system. We conduct demos, provide training sessions, manage client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- We do all these by engaging highly self driven individuals who are passionate about learning and growing while giving back to society.

- Available to join within 15 days of selection;
- Flexible to travel to client sites
- Rise to the need of customers to solve business problems
- Keen on a 6 day work week
- Saturdays - Dedicated 4 hours of training (2 hours in Technology and 2 hours in Operations)
Selection Process :
You will have to dedicate 4 hours of your time for the process to get over :
- Hiring Manager Round
- Sales Team Round
- HR Round
Qualifications :
- Education in BTech (CS,IT, ECE, Instrumentation and lastly EEE) can be considered. Order of preference is mentioned.; BCA, MCA, B.Sc (CS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications and Upgradations :
- Internship experience in customer success, account management, or a related role is a plus.
- Knowledge of the education sector or school management systems is an advantage.
- Additional certifications in customer success or project management are beneficial.
- Knowledge of productivity tools like MS Office, Google Suite, Open Office Suite
- Know ledged of HTML will be an added advantage
Salary and Career Path :
- Competitive entry-level salary would be 25k Per month.
Based on performance and aptitude, salary will be increased to 30k and an option to opt for a career in Technology, with a role of Business Analyst or Programming 2nd year, if they continue in the support services, based on performance , aptitude and attitude ,salary will be increased to 35k and opportunity to take up a leadership role in Operations or an option to opt for a career in Technology, with a role of Business Analyst or Programming Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
