Next Education - Customer Executive - Outbound Calls (0-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Dialing outbound calls and pitching the LearnNext product to users
- Convincing the users to watch demo videos on the LearnNext website
- Converting prospects to customers and negotiating on the discount
- Maintaining data by providing proper inputs and comments after every sales call
- Contributes to team effort by working with captains and Team Leads
Desired Skills:
- Fluent communication in English, Hindi.
- Good writing skills.
- Good convincing and negotiating power
- Should have decent knowledge of telephone etiquettes
