Nexsys - Manager - B2B Sales (5-8 yrs)
B2C SALES MANAGER
ROLE TASKS :
- Setting individual sales targets with the B2C sales executive team and monitoring the performances through documentation.
- Tracking and following up of all the identified B to C lead status generated by the sales executive team.
- Reviewing sales performance of the executive team against sales targets assigned by the company.
- Design and implement strategies that expands company's B2C customer base and ensure its strong presence across this segment
- Preparing a LEAD FOLLOW UP FORMAT for the sales team and training the B to C sales executives as per the same format.
- Preparing a SALES PITCH TRAINING MODEL and training the B to C sales executives as per the same model.
- Obtaining the leads from the marketing manager and maintain a documentation of the same as per the company format.
- Assigning the leads received from the marketing team to the sales executive team region-wise as per the company format.
- Participate in exhibitions/events as sales representative of the company, if required.
- Following up /connecting with architects/interior designers as per the data provided by the executive team and pitching a business proposal prepared by the sales head.
- Motivate the sales executive team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Sales Head
- Identify emerging markets (export) and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

B2B SALES MANAGER
ROLE TASKS
- Monitoring the sales at dealers' end and reporting it to the sales head as per the company's format.
- Organising exhibitions/soft launching of products in coordination with dealers.
- Identifying potential dealers across the country, document as per the company format and forward to the sales head.
- Prepare a DEALER TRAINING PROGRAM for the sales team at dealers' end and execute the same offline/online in coordination with the sales executive team
- Educating dealers on competitor actions and potential new designs / products being used in the market and vice versa.
- Following up and compilation of the dealer sales achieved against targeted sales set by the company and reporting it to the sales head.
- Preparing a SALES PITCH TRAINING MODEL and training the B to B sales executives as per the same model.
- Initiate and conduct sales campaigns across dealer network to facilitate sales process
- Objectives setting, coaching, training and performance monitoring of B2B sales executives
- Identify key areas of improvement individually with every dealer and propose action plans to improve the same
