What can we offer you ?

- As Marketing Manager at Nexer, you will have a central marketing role and support several business areas within the company - both overall in determining marketing strategies and operationally in creating content. It is you who, in close collaboration with unit managers, sets the framework for what the marketing campaigns should contain, from digital to print, sales and presentation material, or internal communication within the company.

- In this role, you get the perfect combination of creativity and business acumen, as you get the opportunity to work operationally with the creation of e.g., marketing and sales material, news, etc. while you become part of the management team and get to plan long-term. You will also be responsible for following up ongoing campaigns, measuring and analyzing results, and setting requirements for internal as well as external suppliers.

- Of course, you are not alone! You work together with the global business units in the company, the central marketing unit that is responsible for the brand, strategies, guidelines, and major campaigns, and there is also a central in-house department responsible for producing productions and marketing materials.

Your profile :

- The most important thing for us is that you are passionate about communication, marketing, and building digital experiences! To shoulder this role, we believe that you have between 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a relevant academic background at the bottom. During these years, you have had the opportunity to try out a project management role - and enjoy it! With a little luck, you have also encountered the IT/tech industry and the agency side before, which will make you quickly feel at home in our environment.

- We believe that a creative mindset and curiosity about change are two components that fit you well as a person. You see your communicative side as one of your strongest, closely followed by a strong drive to complete projects and produce strong material even when time is short. You can juggle a lot of things - and which one should be prioritized for the moment. You have a clear sense of what is right for the business and the company as a whole and can present it in a trusting way.
