NewWave Computing - Inside Sales Specialist (2-5 yrs)

JOB ROLE
1. Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
2. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
3. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radi-ate sales from within client base.
4. Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
5. Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers where appropriate.
6. Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
7. Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on.
INSIDE SALES :
1. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
2. Assist in creating RFP responses to po-tential clients.
3. Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits and other events.
4. Overcome objections of prospective cus-tomers. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
5. Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
6. Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
REQUIREMENT :
1. Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
2. Able to build and maintain lasting relation-ships with customers. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
3. Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
4. Experience with customer relationship management .
