Job Opportunity: Business Development Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team! If you have a passion for IT services, a knack for sales, and the drive to retain and grow business, this opportunity is for you.
Locations: Bangalore and Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Closures: Utilize a seller mindset to secure AMC, FMS, and generic software renewal contracts.
2. Client Retention: Ensure year-on-year retention of existing business.
3. Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for services revenue.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
5. Relationship Management: Build and manage strong partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and third-party providers.
Technical Skills Required:
1. Strong understanding of IT Services and industry trends.
2. In-depth market knowledge and sales progression expertise.
3. Familiarity with emerging technologies and opportunities in the IT landscape.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of software licensing norms.
Soft Skills Required:
1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and at least one South Indian language.
2. Strong business acumen to generate and manage revenue streams.
3. A proactive attitude toward continuous knowledge development and learning.
