JOB DESCRIPTION :

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage post sales operations and match the client requirements with the students (Software developers) that Newton School train for their placement.

- You will drive business by acquiring new corporate clients and maintain relations with them.

- You will engage and retain clients with immediate escalation facilitation and value delivery

- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

KEY SKILLS :

- Min 2-4 years of prior experience into B2B Corporate sales is mandatory.

- Should come with a proven experience as key account manager.

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
