Key responsibilities :
- Influencer Sourcing & Collaboration : Identifying, negotiating, and onboarding influencers on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility and acquisition.
- Campaign Execution & Analysis : Creating and executing creative marketing campaigns, and analyzing their performance to optimize results.
- Trend Monitoring & Script Enhancement : Staying updated on audience-relevant trends and adapting content/scripts accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Marketing Support : Working on a variety of marketing activities including branding, positioning, go-to-market strategies, and user research to drive product growth.
- Copywriting : Crafting copy for promotional emails, as well as content for YouTube and Instagram videos and captions.
Requirement :
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English and Hindi, and public speaking skills.
- Quick learner and strong leadership skills.
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in market expansion.
