We are seeking a smart, motivated, and passionate professional for our Customer Success team. You will need to proactively engage with clients right from the time of inception throughout the entire life-cycle of the client - which includes strategic and tactical guidance, onboarding, usage tracking, process consultancy, training, meetings, workshops, and renewal. CTC Offered:

4 to 6 LPA based on experience

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- You will be the point of contact for all clients assigned to you

- You will assist the customer success team with the onboarding of new clients as and when required

- You will analyse product usage and client requests to understand client needs

- You will provide overall support to the clients by ensuring all queries & concerns are addressed quickly & efficiently (either by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or HelpScout)

Qualifications to Apply:

- 1-2 years of experience in support roles

- Experience handling SAAS customers is a plus

- A goal-oriented team player able to work independently and pro-actively take ownership of his/her work in a fast-paced environment

- An energetic, passionate, and honest individual with an appetite to grow

- Strong spoken and written communication skills

- Flexibility and agility to work with a start-up and be part of its growth

- Experience working in EdTech is preferred
