Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our online presence, drive user engagement, and expand our audience base. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for news and a proven track record in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developed and executed digital marketing campaigns to increase app downloads and user engagement.
- Manage News Flash's social media accounts, creating engaging content and responding to user interactions.
- Optimize the app's visibility through App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Planned and executed email marketing campaigns to nurture user relationships.
- Analyze user data to identify trends and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to promote key stories and features.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and news media.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the news/media industry.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO/ASO best practices and tools.
- Strong creative and communication skills.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
