NewJ - Key Account Manager (3-5 yrs)
NEWJ is looking for young and enthusiastic self-starters to join our branded content sales team. We- re seeking someone who works well under pressure and will be able to develop and maintain client relationships and generate revenue.
Who we- re looking for:
Key Account Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Approaches potential clients through new leads, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means
- Managing communications and keeping a strong follow up between key clients and internal teams
- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
- Mapping the market by identifying, developing, defining, and closing business opportunities
- Strong understanding about social media content management and entertainment Industry
- Promotes content and digital services offered by the Company
- Communicating new product developments to prospective and existing clients
- Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Attend industry events, exhibitions and conferences, meeting potential and existing clients
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities
- Develop revenue strategies by analyzing new venture integration
- Maximize revenue opportunities and meet targets
- The role requires extensive local travel
- Maintaining MIS and analyzing existing database to enhance market penetration
Experience/Work Background:
- Candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years' solid experience in direct sales, client servicing, business development and campaign management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements and their business sales
- Target Oriented
- Should have efficient analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience into digital and media agency
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proven organizational and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English/Hind
- He/she needs to be persistent, resilient and should be able to handle pressure
- Should have proven records of superlative business development performance
