Position Sr. Executive -Sales Operations
Nature of work The person shall be responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales related data in an ongoing effort to increase sales productivity. His prime responsibilities will include sales analytics, pipeline management and sales automation.
Role definition
Responsibilities - Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
- Collects, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity
- Assist management in reviewing of sales pipeline and rolling sales forecast, including sales to budget variance analysis
- Monitors data and provides analysis to illustrate sales trends
- Prepare presentations, reporting and analytical support for global and regional sales meetings and other events as needed.
- Co-ordinate the complete sales reporting and forecasting process for all sales channels
- Monitors the assigned sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
Qualification and Experience Bachelors/University level degree in related business or operations field required with 2-4 years of exp
Skill Set Required - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- The candidate should have the ability or aptitude to perform complicated analysis like forecasting and regression.
- Candidate needs to posses strong MS Office knowledge.
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- Ability to listen effectively and obtain necessary information in order to do business successfully within the business sectors.
