Newbridge Business Centres - Client Relations Executive (2-7 yrs)
- Regularly interact with existing customers
- Interact with Operations team and help in coordination of maintenance and in house repair work.
- Block meetings rooms, arrange for office equipments and supplies, stationery procurement,
- Build a strong relationship with the in house clients and help them with their regular needs at the business centers.
- Handle regular front office duties and assist the branch in compiling ops reports, complaint handling, customer feedbacks, guest satisfaction surveys etc.
- Upkeep of the common areas and reception
- Control over security guards and material movement
- Telephone handling
- Documentation centre monitoring - control, upkeep, maintenance, usage.
- Responsible for visitor entry and exit
- Responsible for updating regular attendance in coordination with HR Dept.
- Regular updating the Complain Sheet and timing, coordinate with operations team for all clients complaint.
