Newage Software Solutions - Sales Coordinator (1-2 yrs)
Key Accountabilities:
- Help the sales team to improve their productivity by ensuring they have high-quality, up-to-date support material. Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
- Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads and pursue them.
- Create presentations required for sales team by working with them and the CRO to develop sales thought process which will be used for senior management.
- Managing and maintaining budgets for sales travel and marketing expenses. Work with relevant teams such as administration to ensure smooth execution.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Collaborate with sales team in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining week-end sales reports. Track action trackers created post such meetings until closure by working with relevant sales representatives and other stake holders.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.
- Act as client visit coordinator when clients visit any Newage facility; work with relevant teams to ensure great experience for the clients.
- Collaborate with necessary departments to ensure smooth integration of sales and marketing activities.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.
Ideal Profile:
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration is advantageous.
- Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations.
- Having exposure to a CRM tool is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Be highly organized.
- Skilled in creating schedules and tracking data.
