New Product Development Role - Mattress/Foam/Furniture (8-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Focus on innovation, new product development initiatives to improve portfolio.
- Visit to vendors to understand product applications and vendor facility auditing.
- Understand the market demand & competition of the product required.
- Prepare plan with pricing, cost and volume for new product.
- Development of new products and process parameters as pilot lot.
- Understanding the manufacturing process and resource required at vendor location.
- Work closely with Marketing and operation team for new product development.
- Work as a member of CFT (Cross Functional Team) to review the new development.
- Plan new development focusing on the customer delight.
- Carrying out the customer feedback / survey to improve the processes and exceeding the customer's expectation.
- Maintain regular contact with the sales and production functions to keep watch on new developments in product and services.
