Roles And Responsibilities :

1) Should improve current product lines quality and work with corresponding resources for improvement.

2) Determines the process for creating a new item.

3)Finding Raw Materials/Resources necessary to build or create the product being developed.

4) Performs research to determine the best way to identify the new resources and qualify the same.

5) Identify New product line for the organization within the product group by thorough research with particular market region.

6) Prepares reports on the various procedures that have been tried in order to eliminate methods that are unsuccessful.

7) Oversees Particular product development amongst a team of individuals.

8) Presents innovative ideas to the Sales Executives/Corporate Executives to crack the market with particular items.

9) Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product.

10) Creates Marketing Campaign designed to inform peoples about new product availability as per particular region's strategy.

11) Researches Patents, copyrights, Quality approvals and trademarks in order to make sure there are no infringements issues involved.

12) Ensures that every phase of particular product development proceeds as scheduled.

13) Makes adjustment to the Product Development Plan whenever the existing/current idea is not as expected.

- Possesses strong marketing skills.

- Should has excellent leadership abilities.

- Keeps up to date with changes in the market and technology that would affect new product development.

- Should have Hand on experience in Basic Computer Skills.

- Experience in marketing analysis/product development.
