Role Overview:

The Contact Center Executive/Customer relationship executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients of NeuroEquilibrium via telephone, email, and chat. The agent will be required to handle inquiries, resolve issues related to products and services, and convince and guide patients to the respective clinics while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times. The agent must possess excellent communication skills in required language, be able to work independently, and have exceptional problem-solving abilities. Learner, go getter and a team player with ambition to grow and take up bigger roles in future.

What is the role like:

In the capacity of Contact Centre executive / Customer relationship executive, Potential employee will be responsible for end-to-end in bound & outbound enquiry management along with leads and demand generation responsibility. Additional responsibilities, this role will have, are as below:

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients of NeuroEquilibrium via phone, email, and chat.

- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to products and services.

- Convince and guide patients to the respective clinics.

- Provide accurate information to patients regarding the clinics and services.

- Meet or exceed performance expectations related to customer service, productivity, and quality assurance.

- Handle patient complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or management for resolution.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills do we look for:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in required language.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Customer service experience preferred.

- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Flexibility to work in various shifts.
