Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand generation and inside sales within the IT industry, particularly targeting the US market.
- You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and exceeding sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and create new business opportunities through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media prospecting (LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency required).
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing a sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored AI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize demand generation efforts.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and key metrics to management.
- Continuously stay up-to-date on AI trends and company offerings to provide informed solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation and/or inside sales, specifically within the IT industry and targeting the US market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets on multiple occasions.
- Proficient in prospecting tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in English.
- Strong understanding of the US IT market and the ability to navigate its nuances.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple sales activities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience selling AI or technical services is a plus.
- Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their applications is a strong advantage.
