NeuralGarage - Key Account Manager (2-4 yrs)
NeuralGarage is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the entire customer journey, from lead generation to conversion, for our SyncMonster SaaS platform. Your expertise in both inbound and outbound sales strategies will ensure smooth onboarding, satisfaction, and retention of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Sales Funnel Management: Own and optimize the entire sales funnel from lead generation through conversion, with a focus on both inbound and outbound strategies.
- Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure timely and effective communication.
- Client Onboarding and Retention: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients on the SyncMonster platform and manage ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve client issues promptly.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document client feedback for continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensure compliance with contracts and payments, and support account renewals and upsells.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to assist in content creation, email campaigns, social media, and other initiatives that support client engagement and retention.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data using CRM and other systems.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in Key Account, Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Proven experience managing a sales funnel and successfully converting leads.
- Education: Degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client engagement and relationship management.
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, social media
