- Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities & close the sales.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
- Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers to identify and appoint dealers/ network partners/software providers.
- Understand the need of each client.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. To meet sales target.
- Customer relationship management during and after course of services.
- Implement new ideas to promote business
Functional Skill Sets:
Have excellent communication, Goal Oriented, Positive Attitude, Effective Sales Ability, Handle challenges without backing out, go-getter, team player, and good at interpersonal Skills, Proficient at computers (word, excel etc), and pro active.
Responsibilities and Duties
Description : Voice Sales Process.
Informing clients to avail services for E-Learning solutions based on K-12 segment (Kinder Garden to Std. XII, PMT and IIT JEE).
- Would be responsible for handling inbound calls.
- Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of all the queries related to E- learning solutions.
- Meeting Business targets through effective convincing and selling skills.
